And Park City is just that! Compared to the other world-class resorts, Park City and Deer Valley offer the ultimate in amenities and the best prices for your dollar.
We have seen significant recent price increases, but we are still lower than most other resorts. Our average home price is 18% to 72% lower than similar properties in Sun Valley, Jackson, Vail or Aspen.
